The success of a project is determined largely by the people that are involved and the KHI project manager will demonstrate clear leadership and a focused approach of the integrated project team.

Roles and responsibilities will be clarified and the KHI project manager will ensure the team are working at all time to agreed and common objectives. All aspects of the project scope will be subject to ongoing fundamental questioning of the engineering and commercial deliverables and benchmarking audits and measurement of key performance areas will be used throughout to validate project value is being achieved.

The KHI project manager will also ensure that effective project risk management is addressed in a structured way to cover technical, commercial and human risks throughout the life of the project and beyond.
